The CloudGate attempts to connect to CloudGate Universe:
Every time it powers on
According to its configured reset interval
Automatic updates will occur only if the following conditions are met:
▶ On the Device (Web Interface)
In the Provisioning tab
→ Enable automatic provisioning is set to Yes
▶ In CloudGate Universe
In the Device Group:
→ The Group Check-in frequency is set to Every day, hour, week, or month
→ The Device is not customized or the Check-in frequency is set to Every day, hour, week, or month
→ A Firmware, Configuration, or Application is changed and the "Ignore Updates" is disabled
When Do Manual Updates Occur?
Manual updates will occur only if the following conditions are met:
▶ On the Device (Web Interface)
In the the Provisioning tab
→ Click the Check for updates button
▶ In CloudGate Universe
In the Device Group:
→ A Firmware, Configuration, or Application is changed and the "Ignore Updates" is disabled
